ANIS™ Level 1 — Foundations

Understand how ANIS works—and why.

Adaptive Neuroregulation Integration System™

Build your understanding of the framework, language, and techniques behind ANIS through self-paced instruction with Dr. Gabe Roberts.

Whether you’re a practitioner exploring the certification pathway or someone who wants to understand your own nervous system more deeply, Level 1 is where you begin.

Your enrollment includes

Instructional video library: Learn each module step by step with Gabe through on-demand lessons.
Foundational understanding: Explore how protective patterns form and how the nervous system shifts state.
Ego Drivers and Incomplete Survival Response: Learn how ANIS approaches ego drivers and unfinished survival responses that keep protective patterns running.
Demonstration sessions: See the framework applied through Gabe’s recorded session work.
Handouts: Reinforce each concept with guided exercises and knowledge checks.
Final exam: Demonstrate your foundational understanding and take the first step toward Level 2.

Learn at your own pace

Move through the lessons on your schedule, with space to reflect, practice, and strengthen your understanding as you go.

Level 1 is education only and does not confer practitioner certification. Completing it is the first step toward becoming an ANIS Certified Practitioner. Level 2 requires separate enrollment.
